Our process
From sketch to smiles: how we make our books

Dream up the theme
We start with what kids already love—animals, adventures, and big, silly ideas. Our artists sketch characters and scenes, then we shape each page into a simple story kids can follow. Every concept is checked for age-fit, variety, and that “I can’t wait to color this” feeling.

Draw lines made for little hands
Next we refine the artwork into bold, friendly outlines that are easy to color and satisfying to finish. We test line weight, open spaces, and page balance so crayons, markers, and colored pencils all work well. The goal: pages that feel doable, not overwhelming.

Test, tweak, and print
Before a book goes on sale, we do real-life coloring sessions with families and classrooms. We look for smudging, bleed-through, and pages that need clearer shapes or more room to color. Then we finalize paper and print settings so every book arrives ready for happy, mess-free creativity.
